Carter Milliken Reum, born February 5, 1981, is an American author and entrepreneur. He gained notoriety for his marriage to socialite and media personality Paris Hilton.
Reum co-founded the venture capital firm M13 in 2016 with his brother, Courtney. Prior to that, he co-founded and sold the spirits brand VEEV.

Reum and Hilton began dating in 2019 and married in November 2021. They welcomed their first child together in January 2023.
